Appointment Cancellation Policy
Not taking deposits at this time. Thank you for booking. Please confirm appointment 24 hours prior to avoid cancellation through the automated email or text. When arriving to your appointment, simply text or call to be given access into the building. In the event you are unable to attend your appointment, please kindly notify us two hours beforehand, and we will assist in rescheduling for a later date. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a $10 cancellation fee. No call/no show will result in card on file being charged 50% of the service. After being more than I0 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled unless permission is given by staff to attend your service. Please notify staff if your going to be more than IO minutes late. Class Cancellation Policy
Thank you for allowing me to be apart of the start to your new career. Upon completion, due to the nature of the training, it is non refundable under any circumstances. Also, deposits are nonrefundable, but may be transferred to another date. By booking, and paying your deposit, means you agree with these terms.
